She further added that now that she has recovered from cancer people just don’t let it go. Asma shared said that she did Luddi in Nida Yasir’s show and people being the moral police that they are said that “sharam nahi aati cancer k baad b kesy naach rahi hai”.

Fear, to a great extent, is born of a story we tell ourselves, and so I chose to tell myself a different story from the one women are told. I decided I was safe. I was strong. I was brave. She began describing her cancer journey as, “Over the past couple of months, I have had good days and bad ones. There have been days when I’ve been so exhausted and in so much pain that even lifting a finger hurt. I feel like sometimes it’s a cycle… one that starts off with physical pain and leads to mental and emotional pain. The bad days have been many… Post chemo, post-surgery and the like… where even just laughing hurts.”

Her post could further be read as, “Sometimes it felt like it took everything I’ve had to push past it… a minute to minute battle with myself. Forcing yourself to be happy and cheerful all the time serves no purpose. Who are we being fake and putting on an act for? I allowed myself to cry, to feel the pain, to indulge in self-pity… for a short while. Only you know what you’re going through and it is fine to accept it. Emotions aren’t wrong. Feeling negative emotions isn’t wrong. But after a point, identify it, recognize it and refuse to let it control your life.”

She concluded by saying, “It takes an immense amount of self-care to get out of that zone. Sleep always helps, or having my favourite smoothie after chemo, or just talking to my son.

Indian singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya went on an abusive rampage on Instagram after news of sexual harassment allegations against him started making the rounds. When the harassment allegations made headlines, Abhijeet’s response was: “Most of the fat and ugly girls are blaming and I wasn’t born at that time.” The statement, predictably, drew widespread criticism on both sides of the border, which Abhijeet has been handling very poorly.

Far from apologising or taking time for to reflect on his words or actions, Abhijeet has instead been lashing out at commenters on Instagram, particularly Pakistanis, leaving hateful replies to comments that criticised his statement about his accusers.

The singer has been accused of sexual harassment by a former flight attendant at a Kolkata pub in 1998; she shared that Abhijeet grabbed her wrist and pulled her closer after she already refused to dance with him. She further added that her saying no angered him and he screamed in her ear, “B***h, what do you think of yourself, wait till I teach you a lesson,” before almost kissing and nibbling her ear. Bhattacharya has denied the allegations, stating that “she is blatant lying”. “No one deserves (the attention). Just to grab some attention they are coming out. Most of the fat and ugly girls are blaming and I wasn’t born at that time.”

The body of a young model was found in a suitcase at a deserted spot in Mumbai’s western suburb of Malad on Monday. A 19-year-old student she had gone to meet on Monday has been arrested. The model, Mansi Dixit, was in her early 20s and was an aspiring actress.She went to meet the student, Muzammil Syed, at his relative’s home yesterday.

Police said Ms Dixit was in her early 20s and was an aspiring actress.

Police said she went to meet Muzammil Syed at his relative’s home yesterday. Following an argument, he allegedly killed and packed her body in a suitcase. The student then allegedly called a cab and went to a desolate road in Malad where he dumped the suitcase. It was the cab driver who alerted the police after he felt that there was something suspicious about manner in which the suitcase was dumped. Police then found Ms Dixit’s body stuffed in the suitcase near Mindspace, a commercial hub in Malad (West). Muzammil Syed, who is around 19 years, was arrested within an hour. Mansi Dixit’s body was sent for autopsy and a case of murder and destruction of evidence was registered. Mansi Dixit was also a partner at an event management firm, police said.

“As per the information that we have, he (Muzammil Syed) is a resident of Hyderabad. He had come here (Mumbai) with his relatives,” police officer SP Nishandar told news agency ANI.

Mohsin Abbas Haider is known for his brilliant performances, people who follow him on instagram know that he posts pictures in which he shows his built up body without any reservations. Mohsin started off by telling that he started going to the gym and working on his body when he had to appear without a shirt in Na Maloom Afraad. At that time the director of the film said to him that his body should look ‘presentable’ if he was going to appear without a shirt in the film. That is when he joined the gym and there was no looking back after that.

Mohsin Abbas gave candid replies to all the criticism and also gave one logical reply. He said that he posted his picture only in his underwear because some people were saying he only works on his upper body and not his legs. He also said that in all the weight lifting competitions men wear minimal clothing therefore there was nothing wrong with these pictures. He also added that he had no wish to be Salman Khan of Pakistan and the reasons behind posting such pictures were entirely different.
